- Visit the website at www.ritzcarlton.com
- From The Ritz-Carlton Home Page click on "LOCATIONS" then under Florida select "NAPLES".
- On the right side of the screen select the arrival and departure dates, number of rooms and number of guests.
- Click on the (+) sign next to "GROUP/PROMO CODES"
- Enter the code "WJDWJDA" in the "GROUP CODE" box and click submit.
- Select the Florida Society of Otolaryngology group rate of $249 for the Coastal View Room.
- Follow the prompts to enter guest information and receive an email confirmation.
Cancellation Policy is 7 days prior to arrival to avoid a 2 night room charge.
