Refund Policy
The following is the refund/cancellation policy for all registered
attendees of FSO/HNS conferences or meetings:
- Cancellation 30 days or more prior to meeting – 75% refund
- Cancellation 29-15 days prior to meeting – 50% refund
- Cancellation 14 – 10 days prior to meeting – 25% refund
- Cancellation 10 days or less before meeting – No refund
Refund policy for all registered exhibitors of FSO/HNS conferences or
meetings is as follows:
- Cancellation 30 days or more prior to meeting – 50% refund
- Cancellation 29 days or less before meeting - No refund
Yearly membership dues are non-refundable.
